At 13:00 on Dec. 19, 2014, with the assistance of Nanjing East Rd. subdistrict office, Plaza 336 was honored to invite Mo Wen, Ph. D and Chief Physician from LONGHUA Hospital Shanghai University of TCM to come and talk about how to prevent cervical spondylosis with tenants and management personnels of Plaza 336. Director Mo started from the basic structure of cervical spine to how to protect our cervical spine in our routine work and daily life, and how to distinguish cervical spondylosis from other diseases with similar symptoms. Director Mo explained both professionally and easily to understand, all present tenant representatives and building management personnels listened to this wonderful lecture with earnest attention and put forward cervical problems they concerned about one after another in the following interactive section; and all problems were answered in detail by Director Mo.
